"It was our vision to create a quality living environment while respecting and protecting the beautiful Causeway Lake surroundings.

"During the planning of Mulambin Waters, we undertook a valuable Community Consultation program and discovered three main areas of concern to the local community - water and water quality, sustainability and the use of native landscaping in new developments.

"We listened to the community and incorporated a number of environmental features that respond to these areas of concern. As a result, in creating Mulambin Waters we've created a special living environment and what I believe will be a wonderful place to live and play."
